Adam Marino '01 (football), a native of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was a two-time All-American and two-time winner of the OAC's Ed Sherman Award in 1999 and 2000 given to the conference's top-wide receiver. When he graduated, Marino was the most prolific receiver in school history and still is the all-time leader in receptions with 272 and still ranks second with 4,704 yards and 52 touchdowns. He was a member of the 1997, 1998 and 2000 national championship teams.
