Turbo Kick is a high intensity cardio workout that incorporates kickboxing movements to the hottest upbeat music. Turbo is both high and low impact and targets every major muscle group in the body. In this 60 minutes calorie blasting session you can burn up to 1000 calories per hour!! It is a lot of fun and you are guaranteed to get a great workout!
