Turbo Kick is a high intensity cardio workout that incorporates kickboxing movements to the hottest upbeat music. Turbo is both high and low impact and targets every major muscle group in the body. In this 60 minutes calorie blasting session you can burn up to 1000 calories per hour!! It is a lot of fun and you are guaranteed to get a great workout!

60 minute total body workout. Great workout for those who want to lose weight and tone all muscle groups. Instructors will incorporate a variety of exercises that will target different areas of the body. Classes will include circuit training, body weight exercises, power abs and cardio. Each class session will be individually scaled and varied to any fitness level.
