Mount Union defensive back Gabe Brown (Plant City, Fla. / Durant) made an over the shoulder catch for an interception on the third play of the game and returned it all the way to the Otterbein 12 yard line then on the very next player the Raiders scored when Fulford tossed a TD pass to Cole Moxie (Miramar, Fla. / Cypress Bay).

Otterbein was held to three and out on its next possession and the snap sailed over the punter head and was recovered in the end zone for a safety and the Raiders led 9-0.

On the free kick after the safety, Mount Union's Richard Morris returned it 57 yards to the Otterbein nine-yard line then four plays later Fulford completed his second pass of the day for a touchdown as he found Evans-Morris on a 13-yard screen pass to extend the lead to 16-0.

Another three and out for Otterbein and the Raiders needed just three plays as Fulford threw his third touchdown pass on his third pass attempt of the game as he found Hill on a 38-yard strike and the Raiders pushed the score to 23-0.

Fulford tacked on another touchdown pass – his fourth of the day – early in the second as he hit Braeden Friss on a 25-yard throw that took the score to 30-0.

Otterbein (5-3, 4-3 OAC) got on the board with seven seconds left before halftime as Logan Stepp tossed a seven-yard pass to Hunter Joseph and it was 30-7 at the break.

Mount Union scored on the opening drive of the second half as a Josh Petruccelli 37-yard touchdown run made it 37-7.

Fulford finished the quarter with fifth TD pass of the day – second to Hill to get the lead to 44-7 while in between the defense held the Cardinals to 40 total yards with an interception in third quarter.

In the fourth quarter, Trevor Cox then returned a punt for 64 yards for a score that gave the Raiders a 51-7 lead.
