Another classic Mount Union football game is scheduled to be broadcast by WIVM-TV in Canton and simulcast online Saturday, August 29.

At 8 p.m., the station will broadcast a 1987 Ohio Athletic Conference game against Heidelberg at Mount Union Stadium. It was the third season for then head coach Larry Kehres and the Purple Raiders were led on offense by quarterback Keith Rybarczyk, running back Russ Kring and receiver Ed Hogya. Paul Hrics at center was a CoSIDA Academic All-American this season while defensive back BJ Tedesco and Chris Weber were all-conference performers on defense. WIVM-TV is on channel 39 over the air, channel 989 on Spectrum cable in Stark County and online at WIVMTV.com.
