Raider Rewind: 2006 Mount Union - Hope Playoff Game Broadcast Saturday

Another classic Mount Union football game is scheduled to be broadcast by WIVM-TV in Canton and simulcast online Saturday, November 28.

At 4 p.m., the station will broadcast a 2006 NCAA Playoff game between Mount Union and Hope (Mich.) at Mount Union Stadium. The Raiders were the defending national champions with an offense that featured sophomore running back Nate Kmic and junior wide receiver Pierre Garcon while the defense had All-Americans Justen Stickley on the line and Matt Kostelnik in the secondary.  

WIVM-TV is on channel 39 over the air, channel 989 on Spectrum cable in Stark County and online at WIVMTV.com. Fans can also add the LiveStream app on their smart TV and search for WIVM.

Joe Tait, Jeff Shreve and Harry Paidas have called the action on air for games produced by Image Video, which operates WIVM-TV.
