Men's Golf: Mount Union Holds a Tie for Second Place After Day One of the Malone Invitational

ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Mount Union men's golf holds a tie for second place after day one of the Malone Invitational after shooting a 303 at Tannenhauf Golf Club. 

Mount Union was led by freshman Anthony Graziano (Girard / Girard)  who shot a career low 72 today and holds sixth place overall. Behind Graziano was senior Buster Thomas (Cortland / Lakeview) who fired a 74 and is tied for seventh. Junior Luke Engle (Zanesville / Maysville) is tied for 20th after shooting a 77 on day one. Fellow classmate Sean Croell (Newton Falls / Newton Falls) is tied for 34th after shooting an 80. Rounding out the top five for the Purple Raiders was freshman Jacob Feldner (Cambridge / Cambridge) who shot 83 and is tied for 45th.  

The Raiders play in the final round tomorrow morning at Tannenhauf Golf Club.
