GAME PREVIEW: Men’s Lacrosse Travels To Franciscan Wednesday

Mount Union's men's lacrosse team travels to Franciscan Wednesday, April 3rd in Steubenville, Ohio at 4:00 pm.

The Purple Raiders (4-4) enter the game on a two game win streak including a win this past Saturday, March 30th over Olivet (Mich.) 15-7 at Mount Union Stadium.

The Raiders were led by freshman Josh Stephens (North Canton/Green) who tallied six points in the win with three goals and three assists.  Freshman Hogan Harris (Medina/Medina) led the attack for the Raiders with five goals as freshman Toren Moore (Columbus/Hilliard-Darby) scored four goals.

The Barons (1-7) enter the game on a four game skid as they dropped their last game to Hilbert College 21-3 on March 24th in Steubenville.

The Barons were led by Daniel Fay, Sebastian Olsen and Sean Wayne who all scored a goal apiece for the Barons in the loss.

Mount Union returns home on Wednesday, April 10th to host St. Vincent (Pa.) at 7:00 pm in Mount Union Stadium.
