Ehrenberg, Farroni, And Felker Earn Academic All-OAC Honors
Mount Union's men's soccer players juniors Eric Ehrenberg (Salem/Cardinal Mooney), Chris Felker (Boardman/Cardinal Mooney) and sophomore Austin Farroni (Willoughby/Willoughby South) were named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference for the 2012 season.
An accounting major with a 3.53 GPA, Ehrenberg earned his first conference academic honor. He played and started in all 16 games this season and scored one goal and had one assist on the season.
A biology major with a 3.94 GPA, Farroni earned his first conference academic honor. He played in thirteen games and scored one goal.
A double major in international business and German with a 3.98 GPA, Felker played and started in all 16 games this season, and had three goals and tallied three assists.
To qualify for Academic All-OAC consideration, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.25 cumulative grade-point-average, be a starter or key reserve who has made a significant athletic impact, have at least sophomore academic standing, and be in at least the second year of participation in a sport.
