Eric Mojock enters his fifth season as the head men’s and women’s swimming and diving coach at Mount Union.

Mojock and his staff earned the 2010 Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Coaching Staff of the Year honors as the Purple Raiders set 10 new school records on their way to a second place finish at the OAC Championships. 

Record setting performances, conference champions, and national qualifiers have headlined his first three seasons at Mount Union.  Over his career, Mojock has coached 132 individual/relay all-conference selections and five national qualifiers who earned 14 All-American honors.

His coaching style can be best described as technique first. “A solid foundation of stroke technique combined with a strong swimming IQ will unlock the potential of swimmers at every level.”

Mojock earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. While at Westminster, he was a four-year letterwinner, team captain, NCAA Division II All-American and spent two seasons as an assistant swim coach.

Kristine Mann enters her second year as an assistant coach with the University of Mount Union men's and women's swimming and diving teams.

Mann, a 2010 graduate of the College of Wooster, was a four-year letterwinner for the Fighting Scots and a team captain during the 2009-10 season. She specialized in the 200-yard butterfly and in mid-distance and distance freestyle events.

Mann was an All-North Coast Athletic Conference Academic honorable mention while attending Wooster. She earned a B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Education.

A native of Warren, Mann worked as a swim instructor at the Warren YWCA (2003-06) and Youngstown YMCA (2007-08) during her summers away from school. She also was a volunteer swim coach for the Trumball County YMCA Swim Team (2003-06).

Mike Kuzma enters his first year as an assistant coach with the University of Mount Union men's and women's swimming and diving teams.

Kuzma, a 2010 graduate of Mount Union, returns to the Purple Raider program after spending last season as an assistant coach at Bethany College (W.Va.).

Kuzma was a two-year letterwinner at Mount Union after transferring from Towson University. In those two seasons, he was an eight-time All-OAC honoree and was the 2008 and 2009 OAC champion in the 40 I.M. He earned a bachelor's in Sports Business and a minor in Business Administration at Mount Union.

A native of Cocoa Beach (Fla.), Kuzma served as head coach for the St. Andrews Swim Team in Severna Park (Md.). During his tenure, he was responsible for the development of over 200 swimmers with ability ranging from beginners to a YMCA National Record Holder. He also coached the team to the 2009 Anne Arundel County Invitational Championship.
