Men's Tennis: Mount Union Defeats Penn State-Behrend

ERIE, Pa.-The Mount Union men's tennis team is on a two-match streak after dealing Penn State-Behrend (2-1) their first loss of the fall season by a score of 8-1 Friday afternoon.

The Raiders (2-0) won all but one match in singles play; junior Jackson Schneider (Oregon, Wis./Oregon) defeated Mike Russell in the second position and senior Jeff Williams (Cleveland Heights./Cleveland St. Edwards) defeated Brendon Dollard in position three. 

The Raiders won all three matches in doubles play, shutting out Penn State-Behrend.

Mount Union next competes against Allegheny College (Pa.) on Friday, Sept. 30 at 4 p.m. in Meadville, Pa.
