AKRON, Ohio -- Mount Union's men's track and field team posted three NCAA provisional marks at the Campbell Wright Invitational Saturday at The University of Akron.
Against all NCAA Division I competition, freshman Louis Berry (Pittsburgh, Pa./Shadyside Academy) finished fourth with a season-best time of 10.52 in the 100 meters. The time is the third fastest in the event in NCAA Division III so far this season.
Junior Andrew Shrewsbury (Woodville/Woodmore) also posted a season-best time in the event of 10.70 which has him 12th in the nation.
Junior Zack Wukotich (Salem/Salem) had his best high jump mark of the year as he placed second in the event at 6-feet, 8.75-inches. That is the 13th best mark in NCAA Division III this Spring.
Mount Union will compete again next Friday, May 13 at the Allegheny Gator Invitational in Meadville, Pa.
