Track and Field: Mount Union Has 12 Individuals Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors; Women's Team Recognized

NEW ORLEANS -- Mount Union had a combined 12 student-athletes (6 men and 6 women) along with the women's team earn All-Academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

In order for an individual to earn the award, they must have at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and have either competed in an NCAA Indoor or Outdoor Championship meet or have a mark or time that is in the top 50 nationally.

The Purple Raiders women's team earned a team academic award for having a combined grade point average of 3.35.
