Men's Cross Country: Raiders Finish Fourth at All-Ohio Cross Country Championships

CEDARVILLE, Ohio -- Mount Union men's cross country team finished fourth in Division III at the 2017 All-Ohio Cross Country Championships, Friday at Cedarville University.

The Purple Raiders were led by ninth-placed Nick Thomas (Louisville/Louisville) and 10th-placed Adam Sopchak (Chardon/Chardon) who completed the eight-kilometer course in 26:00.4 and 26:02.3, respectively.

Mount Union scored 94 points, only trailing Ohio Northern (56 points), Case Western (74 points) and Otterbein (84 points).

Next up, the Purple Raiders travel to Oberlin, Ohio for the Inter-Regional Rumble October 14, hosted by Oberlin College.
