Women's Basketball: Bova Earns D3hoops.com 2016 Women's All-Great Lakes Region Honors.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - Mount Union's women's basketball senior Annie Bova (Parma Heights/Beaumont) earned D3hoops.com 2016 women's All-Great Lakes Region first team honors.

Players were nominated for these awards by the Sports Information Directors at various schools as Bova was one of five other players to be named to the first team.

Bova was named Ohio Athletic Conference Player of the year and led Mount Union and was second in the conference in scoring at 18.9 pointer per game. She earned OAC Tournmanet MVP honors leading the Purple Raiders to the OAC Tournament title and berth in the NCAA Tournament.
