Women's Golf Places Fourth at John Carroll Fall Invite

(CHESTERLAND, OH)--Mount Union College's women's golf team placed fourth at the John Carroll Fall Invitational at Fowlers Mill Golf Club in Chesterland, OH.

The Purple Raiders put together rounds of 382 and 386 for a two-day total of 768.  Otterbein College won the event with a total of 687 (351-336), Ohio Northern placed second 704 (353-301) and Wittenberg University was in third with a 726 (358-368).

Sophomore Mary Snode (Alliance/Marlington) led Mount Union with a 178 (92-86) to finish seventh overall.

Otterbein's Catherina Brunoehler was the medalist with a score of 160 (84-76).

Megan Zenobi (Novelty/West Geauga) finished 21st with a 193 (96-97), juniors Meghan McInnes (Massillon/Massillon Jackson) in 23rd with a 196 (96-100) and Erica Swanger (Shelby/Shelby) in 29th with a 201 (98-103) rounded out the team scoring for the Raiders.
