Women's Golf: Raiders Place First at Raider Fall Invitational

ALLIANCE, Ohio- Mount Union Women's Golf team placed first in the Raider Fall Invitational at Tannenhauf Golf Course in Alliance

The Purple Raiders carded a first round team score of 325 which was 32 strokes ahead of second place John Carroll (357).

Mount Union senior Morgan Rector (Trafford, Pa./Penn Trafford) placed first in the Invitational and carded a 78 which was her lowest round of her career. Junior Olivia DeMartino (Canfield/Canfield) placed second with an 80 and sophomore Erica Mawhorr (Zanesville/West Muskingum) placed third with an 82.

Mount Union will next compete at the John Carroll Invitational Sunday, September 18 and Monday September 19.
