Mount Union's Josh Malave Named OAC Wrestler of the Week

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio -- Mount Union senior Josh Malave (Rocky River/Lutheran West) has been named Ohio Athletic Conference Wrestler of the Week.

Malave, the reigning OAC champion at 141 pounds, went 3-0 last week as he pinned Ohio Northern's Ryan Fowler, then came back with a major decision win versus Jerry Cramer of Thiel (Pa.) before picking up a forfeit win at Case Western Reserve.

Malave is 14-2 on the season and ranked No. 9 in the nation in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association individual rankings.
