Biedenbach Named 2010 Academic All-OAC Tennis

(AUSTINTOWN, OH)—Senior Tara Biedenbach (Canton/Central Catholic) was named 2010 Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference for Tennis.

Biedenbach finished the season with an 11-9 singles record mostly at No. 3 singles and a 12-9 record in doubles action.  Off the court, Biedenbach is a Early Childhood Education major with a 3.96 grade point average.

In order to be named Academic All-OAC a student-athlete must be a starter or key reserve, who is sophomore academically in their second year of participation with at least a 3.25 grade point average.  The conference's 10 faculty athletics representatives make the selections.
