Aukerman and Patton Perform at Toledo Tune-Up

(TOLEDO, OH)--Mount Union juniors Marc Aukerman (Greensburg, PA/Latrobe) and Annie Patton (Darlington, PA/Blackhawk) won the men's and women's javelin at the Toledo Tune-Up Friday at The University of Toledo.

Both of them posted provisional marks for the NCAA Track & Field Championships with Aukerman posting a mark of 189-9 and Patton with a 128-8.

The select members of the team trying to qualify or improve their standing for the national meet heads to the Gator Last Chance meet next week at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
