COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Mount Union's women's indoor track and field team won three events at the Rick Meindl Last Call Saturday at Capital University in Columbus.
Dana Crofoot (Perry / Perry) won the long jump with a season-best and NCAA provisional mark of 18-feet, 3-inches. Crofoot also palced second in the 60 meters (7.89).
Abbey Eisenbrown (Ellwood City, Pa. / Lincoln) won the pole vault (10-11.75) while the Raiders went 1-2-3 in the 1000 meters as Hilary Reigle (Madison / Madison) won the event (3:03.99) followed by Katie Vance (Norwayne / Norwayne) (3:10.77) and Hannah Reigle (Madison / Madison) (3:10.64).
Veronica Clutter (Geneva / Geneva) placed second in the long jump (17-7.5), Hailee Ellinwood (Norton / Norton) placed third in the high jump (5-1) while Joceyln Sefick (Willowick / Eastlake North) was third in the 60 meter hurdles (9.22).
This was the final tune-up for the Raiders who will compete next week at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio.
