LEXINGTON, Ky.—Mount Union senior Julie Radigan (Olmsted Falls/Olmsted Falls) was named American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III Honorable Mention All-America.
This is the fifth honor Radigan has received in recent weeks. She was also named AVCA All-Great Lakes Region First Team, Capital One Academic All-District VII First Team, All-Ohio Athletic Conference First Team, and Academic All-OAC.
Radigan ranked second in the OAC in assists (10.11), led the Purple Raiders in hitting percentage (.298), was fifth in digs (2.114), and sixth in kills (1.14) and service aces (15). She finished her career with 3,920 assists, which ranks second in school history.
Radigan helped Mount Union reach two NCAA Tournaments, win the school's first OAC title, and have a 93-34 record during her four years as a Purple Raider. She joins Melissa Mahnke (2008, 2009), Sarah Parker (2009), and Jess DiCarlo (2003) to become the fourth Mount Union player to earn All-America honors.
