Women's Volleyball: DiBease, Arnett, and Peck Named To All-OAC

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Three Mount Union women's volleyball student-athletes have been named to the 2019 All-Ohio Athletic Conference teams.

Junior outside hitter Madelin DiBease (Perry) was named to second team, while senior Marlee Peck (Homeworth / Marlington) and junior Breanna Arnett (Pennisula / Woodridge) both recieved honorable mention accolades.

This is DiBease's third All-OAC selection after being named to first team last season and second team in 2017. DiBease played and started in 28 matches and 103 sets to lead the team in kills with 324. Averaging 3.15 kills per set, DiBease ranked sixth in conference. She recorded a career-high 13  double doubles on the season, season-high 22 kills against Baldwin Wallace (10/29), and season-high 19 digs against Heidelberg (10/26). DiBease also received OAC Player of the Week once this season.

Peck received honorable mention for the 2019 season. This is Peck's second nod after being named to second team last season. She led the Raiders with a .316 hitting percentage, .810 blocks per set for a total of 91 blocks, and with 42 service aces. Peck logged a career-high 18 kills against Mary Washington (Va.) on Sept. 21.

Arnett is on the all-conference team for the first time and played in 30 matches, making 29 starts. She was second on the team in total kills with 290 averaging 2.59 kills per set. Arnett recorded a career-high 22 kills against Capital on Oct. 19. Arnett was also named to the Mount Union Invitational All-Tournament Team this season after logging 38 kills with a .265 hitting percentage on the weekend. 

The Purple Raiders finished their season 20-10 overall and 5-4 in the OAC.
