Judy Bataille Named Assistant Women's Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at Mount Union

ALLIANCE, Ohio--The University of Mount Union has named Judy Bataille assistant women's track and field and cross country coach.

Bataille just finished a stellar track and field career at fellow Ohio Athletic Conference member at Heidelberg University.  She was a three-year team captain that was a two-time NCAA Division III Indoor Track National Champion in the 55 meter dash.  She finished her running career as a three-time indoor All-American in the 55 meters (2008-10) and an outdoor All-American in the 100 meter dash in 2009.  She also holds the Ohio Athletic Conference record in the 55 meters at 7.07. 

The Hammersville, Ohio native also ran one year of track at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She graduated from Heidelberg with a bachleor's degree in biology in 2010.
