(UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, OH)--Mount Union's wrestling team won its
fourth dual match in a row and moved to 2-0 in the Ohio Athletic
Conference with a 31-13 win at John Carroll Tuesday in University
Heights.
Freshman Riki Reynolds (Marion/Marion Pleasant) at 125 and
sophomore Derrick Hesson (Dexter City/Caldwell) at 285 started and
finished the match with wins. Reynolds moved to 13-2 on the
season with a 5-4 win at 125 while Hesson put an exclamation point
on the match with his sixth pin of the season 2:25 in.
Mount Union will not compete again until Dec. 29 when they compete
at the Citrus Invitational in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
