Top-seeded Mount Union College defeated second-seeded Ohio Northern University 5-1 in the championship match of the 2009 Ohio Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Tournament Saturday morning at the Lindner Tennis Center.
The Purple Raiders, who last won the tournament title in 2000, win their 15th match in a row, move to 20-4 and earn the OAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament, which will begin next week.
