Wrestling: Mount Union Travels to Heidelberg For OAC Dual

Mount Union's wrestling team travels to Heidelberg for an Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet, Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in Tiffin.

There will be Live stats and a Video feed of match.

The Purple Raiders (11-8, 2-1 OAC) have won five of their last six duals but are coming off a 21-12 loss to No. 19 ranked Baldwin Wallace last week.

Heidelberg (6-9, 2-1 OAC) beat Muskingum 45-4 in an OAC dual a week ago.

Mount Union senior Jeremy Border (Caldwell/Caldwell) is ranked No. 9 in the nation at 141 pounds and is 24-3 on the season. Border, an All-American in 2014, has eight major decisions, five pins and four tech falls this season and has a career record of 98-20.

Heidelberg's top wrestler is senior Damon Cheek who is 20-6 overall and 2-1 in the OAC at 149 pounds.

Mount Union wraps up the regular season next Tuesday, Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m. with an OAC dual at John Carroll.
