Women's Swimming: Raiders Sting Yellow Jackets at Home

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's swimming and diving team defeated Baldwin Wallace 147-94 in an Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet on Saturday afternoon.

Top Finishers
  • 200-yard medley: team consisting of junior Ava Breton (Cheshire, Conn.), freshman Hannah Royer (Bristow, Va. / Patriot), sophomore Nina Veldt (Holland, Mich.) and sophomore Abby Calaway (Berea / Berea-Midpark) won the event with a time of 1:56.15
  • 1000-yard freestyle: junior Emma Kreber (Cranberry Twp., Pa. / Seneca Valley) won the event with a time of 11:04.39
  • 200-yard freestyle: senior Ziv Marco (Buffalo Grove, Ill. / Adlai E. Stevenson) won the event with a time of 2:04.29 and freshman Reagan Durbin (Dover) finished second with a time of 2:10.24
  • 50-yard freestyle: junior Emily Hauck (Avon Lake) finished second with a time of 26.28
  • 200-yard individual medley: senior Elizabeth Regovich (Willowick / Eastlake North) finished second with a time of 2:25.83
  • 100-yard butterfly: sophomore Isabelle Parr (Brunswick) finished second with a time of 1:05.77
  • 100-yard freestyle: Hauck won the event with a time of 57.65 and Marco finished second with a time of 58.73
  • 100-yard backstroke: Durbin won the event with a time of 1:05.26 and sophomore Jordyn Miller (Strongsville) finished second with a time of 1:05.87
  • 500-yard freestyle: Calaway won the event with a time of 5:27.81 and Regovich finished second with a time of 5:41.28
  • One-meter dive: sophomore Claire Fried (Kent / Kent Roosevelt) finished second with a score of 173.35
  • 100-yard breaststroke: Royer finished second with a time of 1:14.61
  • 400-yard freestyle relay: team consisting of Parr, Hauck, Marco and Calaway won the event with a time of 3:38.74 and the team consisting of junior Erika Fogarty (Dimondale, Mich. / Holt), Breton, Kreber and Regovich finished second with a time of 3:58.01
The Raiders hit the road next when they head to Wooster on Thursday, November 30 for the first day of the Wooster Invitational.
