ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's tennis team won its first match of the season with a 6-3 victory over Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) foe Marietta at home on Wednesday.
 
Mount Union (1-5, 1-1 OAC) won four singles matches (No. 1, No. 3, No. 5, and No. 6) and two doubles matches (No. 1 and No. 3). Junior Ryan McClure (Ashtabula, Ohio / Lakeside) led the Purple Raiders with a No. 1 singles win by the score of 6-2, 6-0 and teamed up with senior Colton Mace (Laurelville, Ohio / Logan Elm) for an 8-2 win at No. 1 doubles.

Mount will next host Capital on Friday, April 7 at 1 p.m.
