Box Score ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's tennis team won, 6-3, over non-conference foe Adrian at home on Saturday for its first win of the season.
 
The Purple Raiders (1-2) won No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 singles, while sweeping doubles competition.
 
Senior Holden Schmid won No. 3 singles, 6-4, 3-6, 6-3, and teamed up with freshman Andrew Cavett for an 8-3 No. 2 doubles victory.
 
The Bulldogs dropped to 3-5 on the season.
 
Mount Union has concluded the Fall portion of its schedule.
