Men's Wrestling: Nettleton Places 5th, Paces Three Mount Union Top-7 Finishes at Wheaton

WHEATON, Ill. – The Mount Union men's wrestling team completed the two-day 2024 Pete Willson-Wheaton Invitational on Saturday, competing against 31 schools.
 
Sophomore Nicholas Nettleton (Reading, PA / Exeter Township), who won six matches in total, placed fifth at 157, while senior Jack Stanley (Broadview Heights, OH / Brecksville-Broadview Hts.) at 125 and graduate student David Reinhart (Canfield, OH / Canfield) at 174 both finished seventh.
 
The team scores will be official at the conclusion of the finals matches tonight.
 
Mount Union will next host Ohio Northern on Tuesday, Feb. 6 for Senior Night, starting at 7 p.m.
