FINDLAY, Ohio— Graduate student Gianini Venuto (Newton Falls / Southeast) and senior Jasmine Arnold (Jewett / Harrison Central Catholic) earned First Team All-OAC honors placing sixth and seventh at the Ohio Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship Saturday morning at Hillcrest Golf Course.
 
The Purple Raiders finished fourth as a team with 81 points just two behind third place Otterbein as John Carroll won the meet with 42 points.
 
Venuto and Arnold paced the Raiders finishing in times of 22:15.2 and 22:16.1.
 
Sophomore Kennedy Schlessman (Huron) finished 22^nd overall with a time of 23:09.5.
 
Mount Union had a big pack place 25th through 28th as sophomore Taylor Hennessey (Madison) 23:19.0, freshmen Ava Hartman (Lindhurst / Beaumont) 23:21.7 and Meghan Schwart (Sugarcreek / Garaway) 23:24.4 along with senior Caitlyn Gatta (Louisville) with a time of 23:27.3.
 
Mount Union will now get ready for the Great Lakes Regional on Saturday, November 16^th in Franklin, Indiana at the Blue River Cross Country Course.
