WOOSTER, Ohio – Mount Union's women's swimming and diving team finished in fourth place after the first day at the Wooster Invitational on Thursday evening.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 263, which is 46 points ahead of fifth place Wittenberg. Edinboro leads the event with a team score of 456.5.

Top Finishers
- 200-yard freestyle relay: team consisting of junior Abby Calaway (Berea / Berea-Midpark), senior Erika Fogarty (Dimondale, Mich. / Holt), junior Isabelle Parr (Brunswick) and senior Emily Hauck (Avon Lake) finished second with a time of 1:40.02
- 500-yard freestyle: Calaway finished second with a time of 5:12.74
The Raiders return to action tomorrow for the second day of the Wooster Invitational with prelims starting at 10 a.m., diving starting at 2 p.m. and finals at 6 p.m. at Wooster High School.
