Women’s Tennis: Raiders Open Hilton Head Trip

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Mount Union women's tennis team lost, 8-1, to the undefeated Lebanon Valley Dutchmen during its Hilton Head trip on Monday.
 
Lebanon Valley (6-0) swept the doubles competition. Mount Union senior Emma Thornton (Canfield, Ohio / Youngstown Ursuline) won No. 3 singles, 6-3, 6-1, over Eliana Shenk.
 
Mount Union (0-5) will continue its Hilton Head trip with a match against Roanoke College tomorrow at 9 a.m.
