ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's women's swimming and diving team defeated Oberlin 194.5-85.5 in their home opener on Saturday afternoon.
Top Finishers
- 200-yard medley: team consisting of freshman AJ Sliman (Amherst / Marion L. Steele), sophomore Riley McCombs (New Middletown / Springfield), senior Abby Calaway (Berea / Berea-Midpark), senior Isabelle Parr (Brunswick) won the event with a time of 1:54.00
- 1000-yard freestyle: freshman Reif Rydell () won the event with a time of 11:34.71
- 200-yard freestyle: I. Parr won the event with a time of 2:07.47
- 100-yard backstroke: Sliman and freshman Elena Mackall (Salem / Columbiana Exempted Village) finished first and second with times of 1:05.13 and 1:06.29 respectively
- 100-yard breaststroke: McCombs won the event with a time of 1:10.68
- 200-yard butterfly: senior Kayla Stewart (Marietta) finished second with a time 2:28.54

- 200-yard breaststroke: McCombs won the event with a time of 2:35.91
- 500-yard freestyle: Reif won the event with a time of 5:40.63
- 100-yard butterfly: Calaway won the event with a time of 1:00.61

- 200-yard freestyle relay: I. Parr, Reif, Calaway joined with freshman Chole Parr () to win the event with a time of 1:43.73
