ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's swimming and diving team beat Westminster 168-85 in a non-conference matchup on Senior Day on Saturday afternoon.

Conner Arneson (Mount Horeb, Wis.),
Dylan Cossin (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls),
Thomas Ginocchi (Oakdale, Pa. / West Allegheny),
Michael Hubbard (Springfield, Va. / Home School),
Emmett Martin (Canton, Mich. / Plymouth) and
Mason Wilkson (Dayton / Chaminade Julienne) were all honored for Senior Day.
Top Finishers
- 200-yard medley relay: team consisting of Wilkson, sophomore Mason Currier (North East, Pa.), sophomore Bruce Beyer (Plymouth, Mich. / Plymouth-Salem) and Arneson won the event with a time of 1:42.11 and the team consisting of sophomore Angelo Lawrence (Mooresville, Ind. / Center Grove), Martin, junior Keith Turnbull (Stow / Stow-Munroe Falls) and freshman Andrew Popovic (Twinsburg) finished second with a time of 1:43.29
- 1000-yard freestyle: junior Brett Doehring (Humble, Texas / Kingwood) won the event with a time of 10:29.84
- 200-yard freestyle: sophomore Cameron Burnett (Canfield) won the event with a time of 1:50.28
- 100-yard backstroke: junior Jacob Hathaway (Lexington), Arneson and Turnbull finished first, second and third with times of 53.51, 54.85 and 57.44 respectively
- 100-yard breaststroke: junior Lucas Starling (Lexington), sophomore AJ Quisno (Toledo / St. Francis De Sales) and Martin finished first, second and third with times of 1:03.32, 1:04.11 and 1:06.49 respectively
- 200-yard butterfly: Lawrence won the event with a time of 2:07.82
- 50-yard freestyle: Cossin won the event with a time of 22.79 and sophomore Daniel Claxton (Georgetown, Guyana / West Demerara Secondary) finished second with a time of 22.96
- 100-yard freestyle: Beyer, Burnett and Popovic finished first, second and third with times of 50.54, 51.14 and 52.93 respectively
- 200-yard backstroke: Wilkson won the event with a time of 2:03.06
- 200-yard breaststroke: Martin won the event with a time of 2:25.52
- 500-yard freestyle: Cossin, Arneson and Ginocchi finished first, second and third with times of 4:53.35, 5:06.88 and 5:28.37 respectively
- 100-yard butterfly: Hathaway, Beyer and Claxton finished first, second and third with times of 52.92, 55.74 and 57.17 respectively
- 200-yard individual medley: Starling, Lawrence and Quisno finished first, second and third with times of 2:03.46, 2:10.71 and 2:15.43 respectively
- 200-yard freestyle relay: team consisting of Popovic, Turnbull, Doehring and Hathaway finished first with a time of 1:31.44 and the team consisting of Arneson, Wilkson, Cossin and Martin finished second with a time of 1:32.22
The Raiders are back in action on Wednesday, February 12 for the first day of the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships at Ocasek Natatorium at the University of Akron.
