WOOSTER, Ohio – The Mount Union women's tennis team lost, 5-2, to Wooster in its spring opener on Saturday at the Aspen Racquet Club.
Jillian Lohnes defeated Elyse Errington, 6-4, 6-2, at No. 3 singles, while
Hannah Neely won over Naledi Jani, 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5. Neely teamed up with
Chloe Bancroft for a 6-2 win over Naledi Jani/Jade Adkins at No. 3 doubles.
The order of finish was doubles 3, 2, and 1 and singles 2,3,4,1,5, and 6.
Mount Union will next host Grove City on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m.
