ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's wrestling team won, 35-22, over non-conference foe Mount St. Joseph on Thursday for Senior Night.

Sophomore Jared Smith (New Concord, OH / John Glenn) at 125, sophomore Jacob Starkey (North Lima, OH / South Range) at 165, and sophomore Steven Marra (Salem, Ohio / West Branch) at 285 all pinned their respective opponent. Freshman Josh Carman (Carrollton, OH / Carrollton) earned a technical fall win at 149. 

Prior to the match, Mount Union recognized its seniors: Mason McCarty (Alliance, OH / Marlington), Bryce McCloskey (Greenville, PA / Reynolds), and Darese Sparkman (Massillon, OH / Massillon Perry).

The Raiders will next compete at the John Carroll Open on Sunday, Feb. 16 starting at 10 a.m.
