ALLIANCE, Ohio – Mount Union's men's and women's swimming and diving teams have both been named Fall Scholar All-America Teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America.

The women's team finished with a team GPA of 3.74, while the men's team finished with a team GPA of 3.41.

The Scholar All-America designation includes collegiate swimming and diving programs nationwide from NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III, as well as NAIA and junior college and community college institutions, underscoring the broad academic impact of the sport across all levels of competition.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the first organization of college coaches in America – is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.

Both teams will be back in action this Saturday when they take on Westminster and Franciscan in a double dual at Westminster in New Wilmington, Pa. at 1 p.m.
