ALLIANCE, Ohio – The Mount Union men's tennis team lost a non-conference match to Grove City, 5-2, at home on Saturday.

Earning points for Mount Union were sophomore Nick Sziraky (Uniontown / Green) at No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-3, and freshman Gabe McDade-Povick (Dover / Dover) at No. 6 singles, 6-3, 6-2.

Junior Jacob Timonere (Ashtabula / St. John) and McDade-Povick secured a 6-4 victory at No. 3 doubles; however, the Wolvers won the first two doubles for the doubles point.

Mount Union's next match will be in Hilton Head Island, SC, during its spring break trip, starting with Western New England on Tuesday, March 10, at 4:30 p.m.
