Men's Tennis: Raiders Earn Second Shutout Win of the Season

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio—The Mount Union men's tennis team earned its second shutout win of the season with a 7-0 victory at Mount Vernon Nazarene on Thursday.

Senior Elliott Warner (New Philadelphia / New Philadelphia) teamed up with sophomore Nick Sziraky (Uniontown / Green) for a 6-2 win at no. 1 doubles. They also won their respective singles matches, as Warner won no. 1 singles, 6-2, 6-0, and Sziraky won no. 2 singles, 6-2, 6-2. 

The Purple Raiders are back in action Saturday, March 28, with a home match against Geneva at 1 p.m.
