WESTERVILLE, Ohio - The Mount Union women's tennis team opened Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) play with a 5-2 loss at Otterbein on Wednesday.

Hannah Neely (Hartville / Lake) led the way for the Raiders, going 2-0 on the day. Neely teamed up with classmate
Marianna Farmakidis (Green / Green) for a 6-1 No. 3 doubles win and won No. 5 singles in shutout fashion, 6-0, 6-0.
The Raiders dropped to 5-7 overall and 0-1 in the league, while the Cardinals improved to 3-7 overall and 1-0 in the OAC.
Mount Union will look to get back in the win column Thursday, April 9, with a home non-conference match vs. Earlham at 3 p.m.
