Six Raiders Selected to CSC Academic All-District Women’s At-Large Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Mount Union trio of women's lacrosse players in seniors Ella Nejad (Rocky River), Delaney Brown (Butler, Pa. / Butler Area) and Haylee Handrahan (Hilliard / Hilliard Darby) along with three golfers juniors Amanada Fedor (Uniontown / Lake), Emma Packard (Ashland) and Kamil Stephens (Marblehead / Danbury) have been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Women's At Large Team.
 
Handrahan was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive player of the year and led Mount Union in goals (44), assists (23) and points (67). She also has four ground balls, two free position goals and a caused turnover. Handrahan was second in the OAC in goals per game and points per game in conference play with 3.5 and 5.0. This is her second Academic All-OAC award and first CSC Academic All-District award. She was a Management and Marketing major with a 3.66 GPA.
 
Nejad was selected to the All-OAC first team as an attacker starting all 18 games. She finished with team-high in draw controls (61), second in goals (39), points (56) and was fourth in assists (17) and caused turnovers (16). Nejad earned her third Academic All-OAC award and CSC Academic All-District award this season. She was a Marketing and Finance major with a 4.00 GPA.
 
Brown was selected to the All-OAC first team as a defender starting in all 18 games. She helped anchor the defense which allowed 4.83 goals per game in OAC play which was the best in the OAC. She picked up 15 ground balls and caused six turnovers in season. Brown earned her second Academic All-OAC award and CSC Academic All-District award this season. She was a Marketing and Sport Business major with a 3.85 GPA.
 
Fedor helped the Purple Raiders finish third at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship this spring finishing tied for seventh overall shooting a 244. Fedor earned All-OAC second team honors while being a two-time Academic All-OAC award winner and earning her first CSC Academic All-District award. She was an accounting major with a 3.85 GPA.
 
Packard helped the Purple Raiders finish third at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship this spring finishing tied for seventh overall shooting a 247. Packard also earned All-OAC second team honors while being a two-time Academic All-OAC award winner and earning her first CSC Academic All-District award. She was a psychology major with a 4.0 GPA.
 
Stephens helped the Purple Raiders finish third at the Ohio Athletic Conference Championship this spring finishing tied for seventh overall shooting a 244. Stephens is a two-time Academic All-OAC award winner and earning her first CSC Academic All-District award. She was a public relations and marketing major with a 3.96 GPA.
 
The 2026 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the athletic realm and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
 
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced July 7. The CSC Academic All-District® teams include the student-athletes listed at the links above.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA national office.
