SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - The Mount Union men's tennis team opened its season with a 4-3 loss at Wittenberg on Saturday.
Mount Union won the doubles point as sophomore
Gabe McDade-Povick (Dover, OH / Dover) and freshman
Myles Colgan (Geneva, OH / Geneva) won No. 1 doubles, while junior
Isaac Riddell (Geneva, OH / Geneva) and freshman
LJ Stark (Geneva, OH / Geneva) won No. 3 doubles, 7-6 (6-0). Riddell also won No. 3 singles, 6-2 6-3, and Colgan won No. 6 singles, 6-2 6-3.
Mount Union will next compete at the Oberlin Invite next weekend.
