MARSHALL, Mich. – Mount Union's women's golf team finished in sixth place following the first round of the Kyle Campbell Memorial Tournament at the Medalist Club on Friday evening.
The Purple Raiders finished with a team score of 335 which is five shots back of fifth place Calvin. Albion leads the event with a team score of 313.
Senior
Emma Packard (Ashland) led the way for Mount Union, carding an 81 on the day. Senior
Kamil Stephens (Marblehead / Danbury) added an 82, while senior
Amanda Fedor (Uniontown / Lake) and sophomore
Mya Downing (Dover) rounded out the Raiders team score, shooting 85 and 87 respectively.
The Raiders are back in action again tomorrow for the final round of the Kyle Campbell Memorial Tournament at the Medalist Club in Marshall, Mich.
