Roy Jacobs is an assistant baseball coach at Mount Union.

Jacobs was three-year captain playing baseball and graduating with a bachelor's degree from Malone University.

He currently is the director of amateur baseball development and in charge of the RubberDucks Baseball Academy for the Akron RubberDucks, a AA affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.

Prior to his work with RubberDucks, he had assistant coaching stints at Malone, Washington Wild Things, USA Baseball and the Cal Ripken, Jr. Baseball Camps.
