2009:  Scored at the 2009 Indoor OAC Championships by placing second in both the 300 meter dash (35.69) and 55 meter hurdles (7.73) ... Earned All-American Honors by placing fifth overall in the 55 meter dash (7.66) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2008:  2008 OAC Outdoor Champion in the 400 meter hurdles (53.66 seconds)...Earned All-OAC status at the 2008 Outdoor Championships by placing second in the 110 meter hurdles (14.96 seconds)...was also part of the third place 4x100 meter relay team (43.35 seconds)...Earned All-OAC status at the 2008 Indoor Championships by placing third in the 400 meter dash (51.16) and also a part of the second place 4x400 meter relay team (3:29.70)...also scored by placing fifth in the 300 meter dash (36.29)

2007:  Qualified for 2007 Division III Outdoor Track Nationals in 400 meter hurdles (53.71/15th overall going in), but unable to compete due to an injury...earned All-OAC status at the 2007 Outdoor OAC Championships by taking second in the 110 meter hurdles (14.91) and second in the 400 meter hurdles (53.71)...also was a member of the Raider second place 4x400 meter relay team (3:21.59) and third place 4x100 meter relay squad (43.01) at '07 Outdoor OACs...earned OAC Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week honors on April 2, 2007...member of 2007 Indoor Nationals All-American third place (10:03.44) distance medley unit...earned All-OAC status at 2007 OAC Indoor Championships by being a member of the first place distance medley squad (10:00.2) and first place 4x400 meter relay team (3:23.35)...placed third at 2007 Indoor OACs in the 55 meter hurdles (7.82)
