2008: 2008 Outdoor National Champion in theshot put (57-02.75) … 2008 OAC Indoor Champion in the shotput (54-01.75) … 2008 OAC Outdoor Champion in the shot put(59’00’’) … 2008 OAC Outdoor Champion inthe discus (156’10”) … Earned All-Americanstatus by placing fifth in the shot put (54-08.75) at the 2008Indoor National Championships.

2007: Competed at 2007 Outdoor Track &Field Nationals at Wisconsin-Oshkosh narrowly missing the finals inthe shot put (51’10”) … earned All-OAC status atthe 2007 Outdoor Championships by taking second in the shot put(50-03.5) and third in the discus throw (152-09) … earnedAll-American status by placing eighth overall (51-6.5) in the shotput at the 2007 Indoor Nationals … 2007 OAC Indoor Championin shot put (16.13m).

2005: OAC Outdoor second place shot put(51-02.25) … 2005 OAC Indoor Champion in the shot put(49-05).
