2009:  Named Academic All-OAC ... Scored at the 2009 Indoor OAC Championships by placing first in the shot put (52-01.00) ... Qualified to the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships in the shot put.

2008:  Earned All-American status at the 2008 National Track and Field Championships by placing fourth in the discus (167'-09")...Earned All-American status by placing third in the shot put at the 2008 Track and Field Championships...Earned All-OAC status at the 2008 Outdoor Championships by taking second in the discus (159'00") and third in the shot put (49-08.25)...scored at the 2008 Indoor OAC Championships by placing sixth in the shot put (50-06.00)

2007:  Earned All-American status at 2007 Division III Outdoor Track & Field Nationals at Wisconsin-Oshkosh by taking eighth in the discus (150-2) on May 24...earned All-OAC status at the 2007 Outdoor Championships by taking second in the discus throw (156-04)...also scored at the Outdoor OAC Championships by finishing fifth in the shot put (48-00.75)...scored at the 2007 Indoor OAC Championships by placing sixth in the shot put (47-03.5)

Personal:  Mathematics major … three year varsity letter winner in football and basketball, four year varsity letter winner in track, all-conference and all-state in track for coach Steve Gilbert at Tiffin Columbian High School … Born May 27, 1987 … Son of Bill and Sharon Lutz.
