University of Mount Union

Brickner enters his 20th season with Mount Union. He has coached six NCAA National Champions along with 32-All-American finishes. He has gotten 57 athletes to the NCAA Championships and was apart of the three NCAA Track and Field Championship teams.

Brickner was named the 2010 USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Men's Outdoor Track & Field Assistant Coach of the Year. He has also helped coach athletes to one Division III national record and 10 Mount Union school records.
