Bethany Snider

Bethany Snider was named the head coach for women's lacrosse at Mount Union in 2023.

Snider has led the Purple Raiders to four striaght Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) Regular Season Championships (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026) and advanced to the NCAA tournament twice, first round in 2025 and second round in 2023. She was named the OAC Coach of the Year in 2023 and 2025.
 
Snider, a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., joins the Purple Raiders after spending time at NCAA Division I Robert Morris as the Associate Head Coach. Snider was a member of the Purple Raiders team that advanced to the NCAA Regional Semifinals.

Snider is a 2016 graduate of the University of Mount Union , where she earned two Bachelor of Art degrees in International Business and Japanese.
 
Prior to being at Robert Morris Snider was at Westminster (Pa.) as the Head Coach. In her three seasons with the Titans, she had four players earn All-Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC) honors, led by midfielder Stephanie Cimini. Under the direction of Snider, Cimini earned All-PAC accolades for two consecutive seasons while posting a career high 32 goals and leading the conference in caused turnovers.
 
Prior to Mount Union, Snider began her career at Thiel College, where she helped the Tomcats win the 2013 PAC Women's Lacrosse Championship. Snider earned Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) All-Region honors as she was selected to the All-West Region Second Team as a freshman.
 
Snider also owns experience in club coaching as she serves as the 2024 Head Coach and Director of Member Management for the Pittsburgh Premier Lacrosse Club (PPLC)
